3.7 GPU Cloud Services
We offer GPU cloud services for AI model training and hosting. This includes access to hardware like NVIDIA A100, H100, H200, and AMD MI-series GPUs. Resource allocation is based on availability and usage limits as specified in your agreement.
4. User Obligations
- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not misuse our services, including attempting unauthorized access to systems, spreading malicious software, or engaging in any activity that disrupts our operations.
5. Payment Terms
- All fees for services provided by Spykra Technologies UK Ltd. are clearly outlined in your agreement or invoice.
- Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
