We are looking for a talented and experienced 360-Degree Photographer to join our team on a freelance/part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in capturing high-quality 360-degree photos and videos, along with experience in creating VR and AR content. Additionally, proficiency in using NestTrail Virtual Tours software to create and present immersive property virtual tours is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality 360-degree photos and videos for various projects, including real estate, commercial spaces, and virtual experiences.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots to create engaging and immersive content.
• Create and enhance VR and AR experiences, ensuring high visual fidelity and interactivity.
• Develop compelling property virtual tours using NestTrail Virtual Tours software, ensuring seamless navigation and presentation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into captivating 360-degree content.
• Edit and process 360-degree content to ensure the highest quality, applying necessary enhancements and corrections.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 360-degree photography, VR, and AR technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on using virtual tour platforms when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 360-degree photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in using 360-degree cameras and related equipment.
• Hands-on experience in VR and AR content creation, with an understanding of different platforms and technologies.
• Expertise in NestTrail Virtual Tours software for creating and presenting immersive property tours.
• Strong photo and video editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for composition and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects within deadlines.
